Major projects have included performing training and quality assurance services for the California Department of Motor Vehicles, and leading an Enterprise-Wide Transportation ID Data Integration Study for the CA Dept. of Transportation. Other projects involved data analysis and database design and programming for Nationwide Insurance, USDA Forest Service, Genentech, Pacific Bell, the National Board of Medical Examiners and other agencies at the State of California.     Project Scope: Perform process analysis, data analysis and modeling, quality assurance of data models, user interviewing and process reengineering for the Drivers’ Licensing unit, under subcontract to Synergy Consulting.
