Renée Taylor, who founded the company, is a consultant, lecturer and trainer in the areas of business systems analysis, IT strategy, data modeling, process reengineering, and Oracle Designer. She joined Oracle UK in 1987 as a senior modeling instructor, and moved to Oracle’s headquarters in 1989 as Oracle’s first product manager for its full life-cycle systems development method, Oracle Custom Development Method. From 1990 to 1993, she served as product director for Oracle’s modeling and generation tool, Designer (formerly Designer/2000). From 1993 to 1996 Renée served as the director of consulting, training, and marketing for Oracle Russia and the former Soviet region. Renée now consults for clients as a project management advisor, instructor, quality assurance specialist, and IT strategist.

RTC serves State government clients, other public sector and corporate clients nationwide, including California and the entire West Coast.

About Our Consultants

Since its inception in 1997, RTC has grown to include more than 20 principal consultants who have held senior positions in companies such as Oracle Corporation, IBM, and Hewlett-Packard. Together we have published numerous white papers and written the popular books, Rapid Development with Oracle CASE, and Rapid Application Development with Oracle Designer, published by Addison Wesley.

Our senior consultants each hold over 15 years’ experience in leading project teams, performing enterprise architecture, value analysis, data and process modeling and related studies.. We possess broad experience in the development of systems in a variety of industries, and have a strong reputation for delivering high quality systems.
